We are a family of five.  My husbands name is Brett & we have 3 active kids.   Thanks to my husband, I get to work doing what I love; playing with plants & children at home.

 

I remember my youngest who was only 3 when I started planting; driving his big toy loaders on the dirt floor in the greenhouse. It seems so long ago.  I always liked to play in the dirt too.



We are definately a family business.  It wouldn't run without the help of our Moms, Aunts, Sisters in law, Friends & Neighbours.  Goldy's Greenhouse became the business name because of my husbands grandfather.  He could never remember my name, so he said" I just going to call you Goldy"  Well it was the best nickname I ever had, so it seemed fitting.

I order quality plugs from reputable greenhouses and do my best to sell quality plants.  Gardening is hard work and I hate to see your efforts go to waste. I also start my seedlings from quality seed companies and try to time things so you get the best of both worlds. (not too early, but early enough to see a bloom.)

We like to give personal service and try to help with your planting questions as much as possible.  We are here to help.
